Warranty and Claims
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our machines.
Please report any defects as soon as possible, ideally within 2 months of discovery.
If you wish to return a purchase, please refer to our return policy here.
For item defects, contact us via our contact form located next to the chat. We cannot process complaints through the chat. Provide your order number, a description, and a video of the issue. Warranty and complaints are only valid with proof of purchase, such as an order number.
To be eligible for warranty service, the defect must be an original manufacturing defect, meaning it existed when you bought the product. Defects that appear within 6 months are always considered original faults, which Tanrevel® will repair at no cost to you.
Tanrevel® is not responsible for errors resulting from normal wear and tear, cosmetic defects from regular use, or external influences. This includes issues like frayed charging cords or rust. We are also not responsible for defects due to negligence, such as failure to follow our cleaning and maintenance instructions.
We reserve the right to first attempt a repair, then a replacement, and finally a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
